Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GGR Pavilion website and your booking of any sports facility (cricket/football turf or tennis courts) at GGR Pavilion, Gurramguda, Hyderabad ("we", "us", "our", "the venue"). GGR Pavilion is a sole proprietorship business registered under Vidwan Reddy Gurram. By booking a slot through this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

• A booking is a request to reserve a specific sport, venue, date, time, and duration.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the venue verifies availability and, where applicable, payment is received.
• You must provide accurate name and mobile number details at the time of booking — these are used to confirm and manage your reservation.
• The venue reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or repeated no-shows.

2. Arrival & Slot Timing

• Please arrive on time. Slots not claimed within 15 minutes of the start time may be released to walk-ins at the venue's discretion.
• Slot durations are fixed at the time of booking and cannot be extended if a later booking follows on the same venue.

3. Payment

Depending on availability, bookings may be paid for online at the time of booking, or in cash/UPI at the venue on arrival. Where online payment is used, it is processed through our payment gateway partner; GGR Pavilion does not store your card or payment credentials.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our full cancellation and refund terms are set out separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Conduct at the Venue

• Players are expected to treat the facility, equipment, and staff with respect.
• The venue is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
• Any damage to venue property caused by a player or their group may be charged to the responsible party.

6. Liability

Sports carry an inherent risk of injury. By booking and using the facility, you acknowledge this risk and agree that GGR Pavilion is not liable for injuries sustained during play, except where caused directly by our negligence in maintaining the facility.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or venue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
